On 25 June, the Commission has opened a call for applications under the TEN-E Regulation for energy infrastructure projects in the hydrogen, electrolyser and CO₂ categories seeking Project of Common Interest (PCI) or Project of Mutual Interest (PMI) status.

The call will remain open from 25 June until 30 September 2026 (midnight).

Applications for the remaining categories – electricity, smart electricity grids and smart gas grids will open in September 2026.
