CaetanoBus has delivered 10 hydrogen-powered buses to EMT Madrid, marking a significant step toward the city’s goal of a fully zero-emission fleet by 2030.

These H2.City Gold buses feature Toyota fuel cell modules, offering over 500 km of range and 20 hours of daily operation.

In late December, CaetanoBus delivered EMT Madrid’s first 10 hydrogen-powered buses, signaling the start of operations for the Spanish capital’s sustainable public transport initiative. This milestone supports Madrid’s commitment to achieving a completely zero-emission fleet by 2030.
