Noé van Hulst is the chair of the International Partnership for Hydrogen and Fuel Cells in the Economy (IPHE) and hydrogen adviser at the International Energy Agency (IEA) and Gasunie, a Dutch gas network operator. He is also a senior fellow at the Clingendael International Energy Programme.
