Hydrogenera and Stargate Hydrogen have signed a framework cooperation agreement to collaborate on industrial hydrogen projects across Europe. More than a memorandum of understanding, the partnership is already moving into concrete cooperation.

The agreement brings together two European hydrogen technology companies with complementary strengths. Hydrogenera contributes its expertise in alkaline electrolyser system manufacturing, while Stargate Hydrogen provides its next-generation alkaline electrolyser stack technology.

The cooperation supports the next phase of industrial hydrogen adoption, where reliable technology, practical engineering, and long-term project execution are becoming increasingly important.

Under the agreement, the companies will explore selected opportunities related to alkaline electrolysis, hydrogen systems, and industrial project delivery. The collaboration is structured around project-based cooperation, while both companies continue to operate independently.
