Job Description
• Supporting customers with existing equipment (installed base) from our portfolio.
• Active sales based on information from the “installed base list” as well as feedback from the service field representatives.
• Independent support and maintenance of defined customers and key accounts via intensive communication using customer-adapted communication channels (e.g., mail, telephone, visits, etc.)
• Leading and executing sales campaigns, e.g., for specific customer groups in the service department.
• Technical consulting and independent preparation of solution concepts and, if necessary, offers.
• Clear preliminary work for the preparation of technical and commercial offers, partly in English. If necessary, create offers by yourself, among others with the Global Configurator.
• Quotation and project tracking as well as follow-up of customer complaints via CRM.
• Regular reporting and maintenance of customer and project data in the CRM tool (MS Dynamics) including forecasts for incoming orders.
• Arranging and performing factory acceptance tests.
• Sales project management of key orders, and liaison with internal departments regarding coordination of delivery, installation, and commissioning.
• Obtaining relevant information for management to conduct market studies, marketing concepts and pricing.
• Preparation and execution of technical presentations in the context of customer events, trade fairs, etc.
• Independent execution of contract award negotiations.

Requirements:
• Engineer or technician in electrical engineering with successful sales experience in the field.
• Technology knowledge in the field of secured power supply (rectifiers and inverters)
• Sound experience in customer acquisition and negotiation skills.
• Conducting presentations, also in English language.
• Negotiation skills, sociability, willingness to work in a team and commercial understanding.
• Independent and strategic work within the given constraints with a high degree of selfmotivation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in standard MS Office software; SAP and MS Dynamics desirable
• Field service activity / high (long-term) willingness to travel.
• Willingness and initiative for personal training.
