REQUIREMENTS:

Seeking an Electrotechnician – Automation Engineer for the design of electrical/electro-technical components, including electrical schemes, bill of materials, and component selection.
Involvement in equipment design encompassing automation functions (soft PLC), electrical, electronic, and mechanical aspects.
Responsibility for establishing equipment follow-up and improvement files.
Occasional involvement in equipment start-ups.
Position subject to evolution based on candidate skills, preferences, and company development.

TASKS:

Execution of electrical schematics using See Electrical expert (or equivalent).
Searching and selecting electrical components.
Production of synoptics and equipment layouts under Drafsight or equivalent.
Design and programming of PLCs and other control & automation devices.
Production of a Bill of Material for procurement of necessary parts.
Creation and management of safety files (per EN ISO 12100, 13850, 13849…).
Production of synoptics and schemes for pneumatic equipment and hydraulic circuits.

DESIRED PROFILE:

Initial training as a Technician or an Engineer in the Industrial Electro-technical field.
Over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Preferably 5 to 10 years in an industrial maintenance service.
Knowledge of micro-waves plasma is advantageous.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Currently working in the industry or possessing industrial experience.
Skills covering hydraulic, mechanics, and pneumatics.
Mastery of electrically dimensioning equipment.
Proficiency in See Electrical expert (or equivalent).
Good practice in PLC and HMI programming on Schneider devices or equivalent.
Knowledge of safety standards (e.g., EN ISO 12100, 13850, 13849, EN 60204).
Familiarity with European directives about power (low voltage, ATEX environment).
Technical English (written and spoken).
Competencies in automation would be a plus (Schneider Electric, Proface, etc.).
