Your Tasks:

Assemble, manage, and train a group of stack developers and designers.
PEM-electrolysis stack development and design, including system interfaces.
Technical benchmarking.
Establishing collaborations for the creation of stack-subsystems, the creation of work packages, and the management of suppliers and service providers.
Accountability for design- and system-FMEAs and stack mechanics simulation using analytical and numerical techniques.
Creating CAD models, drawings, BOMs, updating technical master data and documents in the ERP system, and producing assembly documentation.
Inspections of component samples are planned and carried out.
Constructing prototype stacks. planning, carrying out, and analysing tests.

Your Profile:

Mechanical Engineering master’s degree or equivalent training.
Several years of experience working in the development and design fields, ideally with electrolysis or fuel cell stacks.
CAD design expertise and sealing technology knowledge.
A self-reliant, organized, and methodical working style, as well as a strong sense of accountability.
Strong diplomatic, persuasion, and communication abilities to accomplish difficult tasks.
