Your Tasks:
- Assemble, manage, and train a group of stack developers and designers.
- PEM-electrolysis stack development and design, including system interfaces.
- Technical benchmarking.
- Establishing collaborations for the creation of stack-subsystems, the creation of work packages, and the management of suppliers and service providers.
- Accountability for design- and system-FMEAs and stack mechanics simulation using analytical and numerical techniques.
- Creating CAD models, drawings, BOMs, updating technical master data and documents in the ERP system, and producing assembly documentation.
- Inspections of component samples are planned and carried out.
- Constructing prototype stacks. planning, carrying out, and analysing tests.
Your Profile:
- Mechanical Engineering master’s degree or equivalent training.
- Several years of experience working in the development and design fields, ideally with electrolysis or fuel cell stacks.
- CAD design expertise and sealing technology knowledge.
- A self-reliant, organized, and methodical working style, as well as a strong sense of accountability.
- Strong diplomatic, persuasion, and communication abilities to accomplish difficult tasks.
