We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join the Esade team as a Cleantech Business Developer to support our participation in a European clean hydrogen initiative. The focus of this role is on developing Esade´s contributions to new ventures in the field of energy and cleantech. This will be done through different activities including the participation in a European Project aiming at developing new business cases in the energy sector and eWorks activities to support next impactful ventures.
Your Main Responsibilities
Cleantech Business Model Development: lead and manage Esade’s participation in the European project, focused on analyzing and developing of new business models in the energy sector.
Energy and Climatech startup program management: oversee and execute a variety of supporting activities (including incubation and acceleration) of new ventures in the energy and Climatech field.
Contribute and lead the organization and dissemination of activities and events.
Qualifications
- Undergrad and master in Industrial Engineering and Business administration, or related fields.
- Skills in project management (experience in European projects and startup acceleration/incubation programs will be an asset).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple task simultaneously with proactivity, autonomy and a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish (Catalan is a plus)
- An enthusiastic and collaborative approach to flexible work.
