Job description:

The activities to be carried out by the person to be hired will be focused within the CNH2 Microgrid Laboratory, carrying out the following functions:

  1. Development of optimization algorithms aimed at electrical microgrids with hydrogen storage systems, as well as other stationary applications, including electrical and thermal management.
  2. Modelling of hydrogen production or conversion equipment, including its experimental validation in real-time systems using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) techniques. Interpretation of results, preparation of technical reports and document management associated with the projects.
  3. Development of lines of research, publication of scientific articles and attendance at conferences in the field of electrical systems and control of hydrogen applications.
  4. Active participation in R+D+i projects and services, with face-to-face or remote attendance at follow-up meetings, with possible trips for the commissioning of equipment and facilities.
  5. Preparation and drafting of proposals for new R+D+i projects, both nationally and internationally. Participation in sectoral forums and involvement in scientific-technical dissemination and dissemination activities.

This is a permanent position with a salary in the range 32.163,08€ – 37.709,08€.
