Main responsibilities

  • Deliver various virtual and physical events and meetings from A to Z,
  • Monitor, and maintain oversight of event strategy, delivery, and development,
  • Establish objectives, budgets, resource allocation and planning,
  • Coordinate with other departments to make sure that every aspect of an event occurs without delay,
  • Maintain sustainable relationship with external suppliers, partners, and vendors,
  • Monitor event reporting and evaluation,
  • Develop and implement event marketing (in coordination with the Communication team),
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Required

  • University or advanced degree (preferred) in Event Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or related,
  • 2 years minimum work experience in events,
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of other European languages an asset,
  • Ability to learn fast and deliver quality results while respecting deadlines, even when working under pressure,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Strong organisational skills and good eye for detail,
  • High level of curiosity and willingness to learn about the hydrogen sector,
  • Flexible, reliable, good team player with positive can-do attitude.

Skills

  • Solid organisational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple issues and tight deadlines,
  • A high degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology in the workplace,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization,
  • Well-developed organizational and presentation skills,
  • The ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
