Overall project management of product development projects in the field of PEM electrolysis- Responsibility over the entire product life cycle: from the product idea to the market launch and further development of the series
- Creation of project plans, as well as control and monitoring of the project with regard to goal achievement, resources and costs
- Management of interdisciplinary, cross-departmental and, in some cases, cross-location project teams
- Proactive design of the interface between management, development, supply chain, product management and sales
Education and Experience:
- Successfully completed studies, ideally in the commercial and/or technical field
- Relevant professional experience in project management for R&D projects, ideally in the product development of complex energy technology
- Ability and fun to empower teams to successfully achieve challenging goals
- Knowledge of human nature, self-confident appearance and communication skills as well as the ability to moderate different stakeholder interests
- Conceptual thinking skills and structured way of working
- Sound project management-specific IT knowledge
- Fluent German and English skills
