General Assembly representative: The General Assembly is composed of all members of Hydrogen Europe and meets at least 2 times per year. The General Assembly is the opportunity for members to receive updates on the Association’s operations activities as policy and regulatory dossiers, vote on core association matters, as well as network with other members. By ticking this box, I understand that my organisation becomes a member, subject to Hydrogen Europe’s Bylaws and approval of the Board, as detailed under the following link. Please note that, according to Hydrogen Europe’s Bylaws, each member will pay an annual subscription fee for each calendar year as per issued invoice. Membership is renewed and an invoice issued automatically at the beginning of each year, unless it is cancelled as stated in article 13 of Hydrogen Europe’s Bylaws.

By signing this form, I agree that all disputes between you and Hydrogen Europe aisbl are subject to Belgian law, excluding any conflict of law principle.

About European Regional Membership as per Article 8 of Hydrogen Europe’s Bylaws

The category of European Regional Membership is open and accessible to any legal entity cumulatively meeting the following criteria:

Having the legal personality;
Being duly constituted in accordance with the laws and practices of its country of origin;
Being a regional public authority, i.e. (i) any public administration, including public advisory bodies, at regional or local level; (ii) any legal entity performing public administrative functions under national law, including specific duties, activities or services in relation to the environment; and (iii) any legal entity having public responsibilities or functions, or providing public services relating to the environment under the control of a body or person falling within (i) or (ii);
Having its registered office or its principal place of activity in the territory being composed of (i) the EU, (ii) the EEA, (iii) the Associated Countries, (iv) the Candidate Countries, (v) the United Kingdom and (vi) Switzerland; and
Complying with all of these Bylaws.

There shall be only one (1) European Regional Member per region.

Membership services

By providing personal data/contact details to Hydrogen Europe aisbl and/or entering into a membership with Hydrogen Europe aisbl, implies that all registered contacts are fully informed about, and fully accept the organization's privacy policy without any reservation, including being contact for membership related matters.

Membership fee

Membership fee for the full calendar year is 3,000 EUR. Members joining after June, need to pay 50% of membership fee and this fee is covering period until 31/12 of calendar year.
