Portugal has doubled down on its commitment to a robust strategic partnership with Morocco, placing green hydrogen collaboration at the heart of bilateral talks held in Lisbon. Portuguese Minister of State and Foreign Affairs Paulo Rangel hailed the “excellent bilateral ties with the Kingdom of Morocco” and stressed the mutual desire to deepen a partnership that he described as “a stellar cooperation model.”
The declaration followed Rangel’s meeting with Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates Nasser Bourita, culminating in a Joint Statement reaffirming the growing alignment between the two countries.
