13 January 2025Safe S.p.A. will supply two hydrogen compressors to a production project in Sicily, dubbed H2Farm, for safe hydrogen storage and distribution.
Under the agreement signed with Agrobiofert, a Sicilian agricultural company, S.p.A. will provide a 30-foot cabin containing two high-efficiency hydraulic compressors with “three combined compression stages,” designed to reach 450 bar.
“Hydrogen is not only an opportunity for the industrial sector but also a key resource for reducing emissions and improving sustainability in the agricultural sector,” explained Giovanni Maccini, Commercial Director of Safe S.p.A.
