1 August 2024Tunisia has signed six memoranda of understanding (MoU) with European companies for the production of green hydrogen.
The deals were signed on July 29, 2024, under the supervision of the Minister of Industry, Mines and Energy Fatima Thabet Shiboub and in the presence of the Secretary of State in charge of Energy Transition Wael Shoshan.
The companies involved in the six projects include Tunur in cooperation with Aker Horizons and Verbund, Savannah Energy, Hydrogen of France, DEME Hyport, Abo Energy and an alliance of Amarenco and H2 Global.
