7 May 2026Solaris Bus & Coach has selected Ballard Power Systems’ FCmove®-SC fuel cell engine for use in its next-generation hydrogen bus platform.
The agreement covers the integration of Ballard’s FCmove®-SC system into Solaris’s Generation 2 fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV) bus programme.
The engine supply forms part of an updated long-term supply arrangement extending to 2029, aligned with planned vehicle deliveries and revised commercial terms between the two companies.
