We are looking for a versatile professional with a proven track record in knowledge management related to clean tech and decarbonisation technologies and markets. Under the supervision of the Funding and Financing Manager, the Analyst will support the Technology and Market Team in coordinating, producing and disseminating technology and market data on the hydrogen sector within the Association, towards members and the general public.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Knowledge coordination
    • Within team, amongst teams, towards members
    • Creation of an internal knowledge hub – collecting and organizing all internal data on internal drive and well as the members only area
    • Liaison and coordination with external data providers (EU, EUROSTAT, Joint undertaking, consultancies, think tanks)
  2. Technology and Market data production
    • Database design and management (excel, SQL etc)
    • Data collection (supply chain, techno-economic, market, financial)
    • Technology roadmaps operational management with Technical Committees
    • European Hydrogen Observatory project support
  3. Knowledge dissemination
    • Knowledge hub website architecture and implementation, including periodical updates
    • Data visualisation (charts, maps, infographics..)
    • Support team with data for Working Groups, events and external speaking engagements

Required: 

  • A Master’s Degree in data science or knowledge management, engineering or economics
  • 2-3 years minimum work experience in a consultancy, the private sector, or EU institutions with a proven track record in managing technology and market data related to the energy transition
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Powerpoint, Word and Excel).
  • Database management (Excel, SQL..)
  • Data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent written English.

Skills:

  • Excellent capacity to collect, organise and analyse quantitative and qualitative data
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills addressing a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to visualize complex data for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team, even remotely
  • Strong time management skills and outstanding eye for detail
  • Ability to manage large groups of experts.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of clean hydrogen technologies (production, mobility, industry, buildings…)
  • Experience in stakeholder management in the European ecosystem
  • Website programming (HTML, CSS..)
  • Additional languages.
