Delivery Manager – Strategic Advisory

The objective of this position is to assume a leading role within the consulting organization in Singapore, with a specific emphasis on developing the Early Advisory Services (EAS) practice in the region. The primary goal is to expand the business volume of the Singapore office, while also establishing and growing the team.
Responsibilities:
- The EAS practice will primarily serve financial and investment clients such as private equity firms, investment funds, insurance companies, and M&A departments. The services offered will include strategic advisory and investment advisory work, such as due diligence, strategic assessments, and technology comparisons.
- The role encompasses various aspects, including business development, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, fostering the development of team members, and optimizing the range of services offered.
- EAS Business Development: Client Relationships, Strategic Work, Backlog, Revenue
- EAS Marketing, Account Planning, Pipeline Management, Tendering Oversight
- Quality Execution: Client Stakeholder Management, Project Leadership
- People Development: Training, Skills Enhancement, Program Development
- EAS Offering Development, Collaboration with HoMs
- Continuous Feedback and Skill Enhancement, Training Program
- Focus on Quality Execution and Client Relationships
Requirements:
- Principal or Senior Manager coming from an advisory setting (5+ years of senior advisory experience)
- Due Diligence, financial or strategic advisory
- Led team or dedicated offering with Revenue targets to achieve
- Developed or championed new offerings
- 5+ year experience in energy or related industry Minimum Experience:
- Previous Business development responsibilities
- Advisory project management experience.
- Team management experience of at least 5 people
