YOUR TASKS:

  • Senior Project Engineer for Complex Hydrogen Systems with technical responsibility for project delivery.

  • Adaptation of our products to project-specific process engineering requirements and close liaison with the development department.
  • Serving as the customer’s technical contact during the project, overseeing project-specific safety analyses and HAZOP studies.
  • Supervision of testing and commissioning of H2 electrolysis plants at production sites and delivery locations.
  • Support in creating project-specific plant documentation.
  • Conducting and documenting tests, optimizing plant performance during commissioning.
  • Assisting the sales department in supporting potential customers, verifying technical specifications, and implementing FEED studies.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Exceptional university degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable field with a focus on energy and process engineering.
  • Prior professional experience in project planning of process plants, preferably in the hydrogen environment.
  • Knowledge in measurement and control technology (I&C).
  • Commissioning experience in mechanical and plant engineering is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety engineering is desirable, given close collaboration with our EI&C team.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English (at least German and written qualification level CEFR B2).
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management basics.
  • Highly flexible, strong communicators, technically innovative, action-ready, and resilient.
  • Ability to manage parallel projects, maintaining quality standards in a focused and timely manner.
  • Willingness to travel (national and international trips of max. 30% duration up to 3 weeks).

WE OFFER:

  • Intriguing and stimulating tasks and projects in a growing corporate environment.
  • Autonomous, self-reliant work in an innovative team.
  • A challenging, diverse job with room for implementing your own ideas.
  • Streamlined decision-making processes and transparent communication in a familial corporate culture.
  • Full-time employment with 38.5 hours/week, trust-based working hours.
  • 30 days of vacation.
  • A permanent employment contract and performance-related remuneration.
  • Additional benefits such as a subsidy for retirement provision, capital-forming benefits, “company bike,” meal allowance, and more.

If you are excited about learning new things and tackling exciting tasks, seek a challenging environment with streamlined decision-making processes where you are stimulated and encouraged, we look forward to receiving your application.
