Main responsibilities: 

  • Supporting the work of the Membership/Business Development Director, 
  • Responsible for membership administration (e.g. process membership applications; follow up on membership upgrades, withdrawals or fee payments & requests), 
  • Manage the Resignation – Suspension – Exclusion – Termination processes.  
  • Assisting the members of Hydrogen Europe with their inquiries, 
  • Manage onboarding of members, 
  • Support of membership and elections system requirements, 
  • Support administratively prospect of new members and retention of members  
  • Data management and reporting related to membership, 
  • Update website and responsible for our intranet pages for members (MOA), 
  • Keep up to date any marketing materials related to membership, 
  • Supporting communications and events departments with mailings, webinars, events, related to membership, 
  • Manage the weekly meeting updates – sharing and presenting in relevant operational or management meetings, 
  • Assist Director in compiling quarterly reports, 
  • Assisting departments with relevant membership information or reports ad hoc. 

Requirements: 

  • Min a bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, communication, marketing or related, 
  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience in similar position is essential 
  • Experience of dealing with heavy administrative tasks and processes is a must 
  • Experience of working with or for non-governmental organisations or membership-based networks is a plus 
  • Experience with databases, Canva and Adobe and proficiency in the Microsoft Office package, 
  • An excellent command of spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus, 
  • Ability to analyse information and summarising it concisely, 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, 
  • Strong time management skills and eye for detail, 
  • High level of curiosity and willingness to learn about the hydrogen sector and membership organizations. 
  • EU national or work permit holder
