Our client is globally leading technology manufacturing business who over the last years have taken Clean Tech space by the storm! Following their growth in EMEA region they are now building an Engineering Team to deliver their technology to market in North America.

As a Hydrogen PEM Electrolyzer Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing components for the North American market.

THE ROLE:

As a Hydrogen PEM Electrolyzer Stack Engineer, you will collaborate with global teams, supporting various aspects from product certification to system integration. Your contributions will be pivotal in driving clean energy solutions forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define functional product parameters for Hydrogen PEM Electrolysis Stack tailored for the North American Market.
Evaluate the impact of US/NA Product Certification on design, performance, and validation, drawing comparisons to the EU baseline design.
Coordinate requirements engineering for PEM Electrolyzer Stack, including database updates, task prioritization, internal coordination, and reporting.
Act as the technical interface for customers, providing support during acquisition activities.
Offer technical guidance for local North American production activities related to the PEM Electrolyzer Stack.

They exhibit a team-oriented, self-driven personality with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
A willingness to learn through various methods, including external courses, internal seminars, and self-driven initiatives is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Alternative Energy Engineering.
3+ years of industry experience in PEM Electrolysis stack development, testing, and/or validation.
Hydrogen System/Stack Testing experience in a laboratory setting.
Ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required (up to ~20%).
