Job details
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Project responsibility for quality, deadline, and costs.
- Management of the project team.
- Planning and execution of international projects for decentralized energy systems with a focus on hydrogen solutions.
- Project planning and control, internal and external project reporting, risk and change management.
- Representation of all relevant project issues to customers.
- System design, verification, and qualification.
- Creation and approval of standard and accessory scopes of delivery.
- Processing of tender documents, preparation of offers and calculations, participation in customer negotiations, requirements engineering.
- Operational support of the sales organizations.
- Creation of project planning tools.
- Technical management and coordination when commissioning the scope of delivery together with the service.
Experience & Qualification:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, energy technology, process engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification with professional experience.
- Extensive experience as project manager of international customer projects preferable in the Energy and Power Plant sector.
- Good knowledge of the use and operation of gas and diesel engines and systems or comparable systems in special machines and plant construction.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP, Primavera, MS Project).
- Proficient in German and English.
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness, resilience, and flexibility.
- Willingness to travel worldwide.
- Project management certification according to IPMA or comparable qualification.
- Optional: Language skills in Spanish / Chinese / Russian.
