Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the unique demands of the construction, EV, Media and other sectors.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the European market.
- Leverage your expertise to understand client needs and position our products effectively.
- Work closely with dealers and distributors in the energy industry, ensuring alignment with industry trends and market demands.
- Provide technical guidance to dealers for successful product positioning.
- Manage and nurture key accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through in-depth industry knowledge and tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, showcasing your understanding of industry complexities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products and services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in the Fuel Cells, Hydrogen, Batteries, or Power Generation industry.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of Fuel Cells, Hydrogen, Batteries, or Power Generation technologies.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe.
