Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the unique demands of the construction, EV, Media and other sectors.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the European market.
  • Leverage your expertise to understand client needs and position our products effectively.
  • Work closely with dealers and distributors in the energy industry, ensuring alignment with industry trends and market demands.
  • Provide technical guidance to dealers for successful product positioning.
  • Manage and nurture key accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through in-depth industry knowledge and tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, showcasing your understanding of industry complexities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in the Fuel Cells, Hydrogen, Batteries, or Power Generation industry.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of Fuel Cells, Hydrogen, Batteries, or Power Generation technologies.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Europe.
