We are in search of an experienced Ammonia Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will play a pivotal role in advancing our initiatives in ammonia production. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ammonia synthesis, process optimization, and business development.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership in ammonia synthesis processes, including Haber-Bosch and other relevant methods.
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize ammonia production processes for efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability.
Identify and assess business opportunities in the ammonia sector, fostering strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders, including suppliers, government agencies, and potential clients.
Lead the planning and execution of ammonia projects, ensuring alignment with company goals, project timelines, and budget constraints.
Oversee project teams, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the ammonia sector.
Conduct market analyses to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) is advantageous.
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in ammonia production, with a focus on synthesis and process optimization.
Proven track record in business development within the energy or chemical sector.
In-depth knowledge of ammonia synthesis processes, including familiarity with Haber-Bosch and other relevant technologies.
Understanding of industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead diverse groups toward common objectives.
