Company Overview:
We develop, finance, operate and optimize decentralized, large-scale and highly efficient industrial power plants onsite for industrial partners. We design and install several gigawatts of energy supply capacity at various industrial sites across Europe. We are building a CCUS business to deliver our project solutions along the entire carbon cycle.
Duties:
- Managing and optimizing contracts related to port and tanking, striving for advantageous terms through negotiation.
- Ensuring adherence to HSSE regulations, promoting a safety-conscious and environmentally responsible atmosphere.
- Supervising CO2 port activities encompassing cargo handling, inventory management, and replenishment.
- Collaborating on the deployment of automated systems within terminals to boost efficiency and minimize errors.
- Acting as a crucial link between the organization and various stakeholders, fostering constructive rapport.
- Identifying prospects for consolidating capacities, as well as sharing and bundling resources with partners to enhance efficiency and save costs.
- Establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of logistics operations, and implementing necessary enhancements.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field; possessing a master’s degree is advantageous.
- Substantial experience (at least 7 years) in tanking, fuel, and port operations, preferably within sectors like CCUS, hydrogen, LNG, oil & gas, or industrial gases.
- Familiarity with HSSE regulations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in supplier management and negotiating contracts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal aptitudes for effective engagement with stakeholders.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, grounded in a data-centric decision-making approach.
- Fluency in English is imperative.
