The EUR 15 billion in question are investments for the construction of photovoltaics, green hydrogen plants, an ammonia plant, a fuel refinery, etc. Blion is not the project of a single company or a consortium; it is the basis for the cooperation of various investors, public and private, in the transition of the Maritsa Basin from coal to modern energy.
