The InternaThe EU – Breakthrough Energy Catalyst partnership launched a request for proposals for green tech projects based in Europe. The request will allocate investments in potential projects in the areas of hydrogen, sustainable aviation fuels, direct air capture, and long-duration energy storage. With this partnership the Breakthrough Energy Catalyst, founded by Bill Gates, the European Commission and the European Investment Bank will mobilise $ 1 billion to accelerate the commercialization of innovative technologies and achieve the EU green goals.
