Hexagon Purus ASA (“Hexagon Purus”), a global leader in zero emission mobility solutions, has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Wystrach GmbH (“Wystrach”), a leading European systems and solutions provider for storage and transport of compressed gases (the “Transaction”).
