An experienced professional able to administratively support several large groups of individuals around innovation and support and report to the R&D Manager. Part of the Innovation team of Hydrogen Europe under the management of the Chief Operations Officer. 

Main responsibilities 

  • Provide administrative support to Technical Committee and Roadmap leaders, helping them to run their committee and prepare the annual funding priorities 
  • Scheduling meetings, video calls, and project-related events ie workshops if any 
  • Following all admin procedures related to PPP procedures 
  • Manage day to day communication with members and prospects 
  • Keep updating a repository of innovation roadmaps (i.e., State of the Art, priorities, and targets 2025-30) 
  • Support the R&D Manager and the Association staff more broadly on all admin and coordination tasks 

Required 

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role with minimum 5 years of experience
  • Strong project management support, organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple issues with multiple stakeholders from all over Europe and tight deadlines 
  • Proven ability to collect and organise multiple inputs and coordinate 
  • Attention to details
  • Group management/diplomatic skills favouring consensus in working groups 
  • Proven fluency in English. Knowledge of other European languages is an asset not a requirement. 
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team 
  • IT literate with proficient use of Microsoft Office 
  • Flexibility, reliability, team-player approach with can-do attitude 

Nice to have: 

  • Proven expertise in clean hydrogen technologies and their applications (energy, mobility, industry, buildings…)
  • 5 years minimum work experience preferably for a Partner in a law firm or consultancy, strong secretarial skills
