What We’re Seeking:

Someone who successfully delivers client project work by taking full ownership of delivery for client facing project and be day to day contact including management of project financials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements, overseeing the entire project cycle from initiation to conclusion.
  • Serve as the primary interface with clients during project execution, ensuring effective communication and meeting client expectations.
  • Achieve project milestones within agreed-upon timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Coach and foster the professional development of team members, providing guidance and fostering their growth.
  • Actively participate in business development initiatives, identifying new prospects and contributing to proposal development.
  • Lead ongoing efforts to optimize internal operational efficiency and enhance overall performance.
  • Provide regular progress reports, highlighting project status, challenges, and accomplishments, to the Delivery Manager.
  • Directly supervise team members assigned to the project scope, ensuring their efficient performance and seamless collaboration.
  • Collaborate with client representatives, EMEA Business Consulting, EMEA Operating Centre Managers, Regional Project Controls Manager, and Commercial Managers to facilitate project coordination and execution.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in management consulting and/or conducting early-stage techno-economic studies.
  • Demonstrated inquisitiveness, drive, and adaptability at a high level.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the energy industry.
  • Strong strategic client management skills.
  • Minimum of 6 years of consulting work experience serving energy clients or 10 years of relevant industry experience.
