We’re seeking a highly qualified individual to lead a team in developing, analysing, and advancing CCMs for PEM-electrolysis-stacks.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing the development, evaluation, and industrialization of CCMs for use in PEM-electrolysis-stacks.
- Conducting detailed analysis and evaluation of novel membrane materials to optimize performance and increase lifetime.
- Characterizing, evaluating, and qualifying CCMs to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and reliability.
- Collaborating with the stack development teams to design and implement the Tes-Infrastructure for CCM technology.
- Expanding our partnerships with suppliers and external partners to advance our research and development efforts.
- Ensuring effective communication and collaboration between different sites to achieve our goals.
- Evaluating and comparing different CCM production technologies to identify the most effective and efficient methods.
- Developing and implementing recycling strategies to minimize waste and promote sustainability.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need a PhD in catalysts for electrochemical energy converters or a related field, as well as several years of experience in people and project leadership, research and development, and electrolysis. You should also have strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
