We’re seeking a highly qualified individual to lead a team in developing, analysing, and advancing CCMs for PEM-electrolysis-stacks.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

Overseeing the development, evaluation, and industrialization of CCMs for use in PEM-electrolysis-stacks.
Conducting detailed analysis and evaluation of novel membrane materials to optimize performance and increase lifetime.
Characterizing, evaluating, and qualifying CCMs to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and reliability.
Collaborating with the stack development teams to design and implement the Tes-Infrastructure for CCM technology.
Expanding our partnerships with suppliers and external partners to advance our research and development efforts.
Ensuring effective communication and collaboration between different sites to achieve our goals.
Evaluating and comparing different CCM production technologies to identify the most effective and efficient methods.
Developing and implementing recycling strategies to minimize waste and promote sustainability.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need a PhD in catalysts for electrochemical energy converters or a related field, as well as several years of experience in people and project leadership, research and development, and electrolysis. You should also have strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
