Responsibilities:

Active coordination and support of our development departments in the creation of ideas (patent side + invention disclosure).
Drafting invention disclosures and drafting patent applications with our patent attorneys.
Patent law support and advice within the company and participation in the development of the patent system.
Carrying out research, patent law analyses to evaluate the patent situation for our own and third-party products, working on measures and enforcing and defending our own property rights.
Estimation of potentials of patents.

Qualifications:

Completed technical university degree or equivalent training with further training.
Very good knowledge of patents and dealing with published documents.
Experiences with the Employee Invention Act.
High communication skills and practiced handling of stakeholder management.
Very high degree of independence and extremely careful way of working.
High affinity for technical and legal topics.
Ideally experience in the hydrogen sector but also in other areas.
Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English.
