Principal Process Engineer – CCUS

Responsibilities:
- Lead studies on Hydrogen Production, Transportation, and Storage, integrating with renewables and potential product conversion.
- SME in blue hydrogen, CCS, CCUS with some Green H2 knowledge.
- Technical commercial activities – Liasing with clients and supporting solution selling.
- Business Development activities.
- Manage technical interface with technology licensors/vendors and oversee start-up and commissioning activities.
- Mentor junior engineers, provide leadership on major projects, and demonstrate effective time and budget management.
- Develop creative solutions for challenging tasks within allotted time and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success through effective communication and coordination.
- Support safety and risk studies, including HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, SIL, etc., and provide necessary engineering input.
- Assist marketing and business development teams in proposal development and project delivery.
- Provide engineering support to other disciplines and departments, including client inquiries and technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science with 7+ years’ experience in Energy and Chemicals Industry, focusing on Blue and Green Hydrogen Value Chain.
- SME in Steam Methane Reforming (Hydrogen) or Auto Thermal Reforming (Hydrogen).
- Experience with Electrolysis Packages (PEM, Alkaline, solid oxide) is advantageous.
- Proficient in ASPEN/HYSY, PRO/II, and other process modeling tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, commitment to safety and quality, and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and customer presentation skills.
- Ability to support safety and risk studies and provide engineering input across disciplines and departments.
