As a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, we are expanding our presence in the clean tech market and are seeking a highly skilled Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Market Ownership:
- Take ownership of the clean tech market segment, driving growth and establishing BOSS Energy as a key player in the renewable energy recruitment space.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, key players, and potential clients in the clean tech industry.
Client Engagement:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in the clean tech sector, understanding their specific recruitment needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with their business objectives.
Candidate Sourcing and Placement:
- Utilise various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent within the clean tech market, including networking, social media, and industry events.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate identification to successful placements.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other recruitment consultants and internal teams to share market insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Business Development:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the clean tech market, expanding BOSS Energy’s client portfolio.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote BOSS as the leader in global clean energy recruitment.
Data and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, candidate pipelines, and market trends.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on market performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on the clean tech or renewable energy sector would be ideal. But open to different backgrounds.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and achieving recruitment targets.
Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the clean tech market, including key players, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with the renewable energy sector and a passion for contributing to the growth of sustainable practices.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Strong presentation skills for client meetings and industry events.
Leadership Abilities:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior consultants.
- Capacity to take ownership of the clean tech market segment and drive strategic initiatives.
