As a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, we are expanding our presence in the clean tech market and are seeking a highly skilled Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.


Market Ownership:

  • Take ownership of the clean tech market segment, driving growth and establishing BOSS Energy as a key player in the renewable energy recruitment space.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, key players, and potential clients in the clean tech industry.

Client Engagement:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in the clean tech sector, understanding their specific recruitment needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with their business objectives.

Candidate Sourcing and Placement:

  • Utilise various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent within the clean tech market, including networking, social media, and industry events.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate identification to successful placements.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other recruitment consultants and internal teams to share market insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the clean tech market, expanding BOSS Energy’s client portfolio.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote BOSS as the leader in global clean energy recruitment.

Data and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, candidate pipelines, and market trends.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on market performance, opportunities, and challenges.



  • Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on the clean tech or renewable energy sector would be ideal. But open to different backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and achieving recruitment targets.

Industry Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of the clean tech market, including key players, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with the renewable energy sector and a passion for contributing to the growth of sustainable practices.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Strong presentation skills for client meetings and industry events.

Leadership Abilities:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior consultants.
  • Capacity to take ownership of the clean tech market segment and drive strategic initiatives.
