Summary:
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer to work on hydrogen production plants across France. The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the production processes for hydrogen plants.
This position will be an integral part of a dynamic team working to advance the production and delivery of clean energy in France.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and optimize the process for hydrogen production plants in France, ensuring high efficiency and quality of the product.
- Perform process simulations and analyses to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in production processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce production costs and improve yields while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including plant operations, engineering, and research and development teams to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge transfer.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and processes that will improve hydrogen production efficiency.
- Provide technical support to plant operations teams to resolve any production-related issues.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of hydrogen production plants and recommend improvements to meet production targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 2- 5 years of experience in process engineering within the energy industry, with a focus on hydrogen production or Gas.
- Experience in design and optimization of hydrogen production processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be adaptable to change.
- Fluent English, French desired.
