Your tasks:

• Responsible for leading the daily activities of a production team including managing team leaders / members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
• Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
• Serves as group lead on projects and work assignments.
• Provides guidance and feedback on a regular base for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.
• Coaches and mentors team members to encourage them give their best effort every day.
• Coordinating advising your team the go to’s for solving electrical, mechanical, automation process related questions.

Your profile:

• Technical degree is preferred or proven track of relevant experience as a production supervisor/team lead.
• Experience in leading a production team is essential so good people management skills are a must.
• Lean leadership experience familiar with continues improvement.
• Be able to think outside of the box.
• Your able to be a leader , coach but also coordinator.
• Be able to be elastic and stress resilient.
• You can communicate perfect in Dutch and English, this is necessary for leading our production teams.
• You like to work in 2 shifts.
