Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all aspects related to the sales of our Fuel Cell plants, including strategy, inquiries, evaluation, contracts, implementation, and operation of data centres and critical power.
  • Develop concepts collaboratively with customers and the team that can be incorporated into series production, with a focus on Germany, but expanding beyond Germany as required.
  • Confidently present our products to customers, conduct initial consultations on the subject of decentralized power generation plants, take care of contract design, and build long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Coordinate commercial and technical content cross-functionally with different departments at the customer, including controlling, product management, and engineering.
  • Develop negotiation strategies, actively develop sales processes and methods, and support product portfolio planning and global go-to-market strategy development by observing and collecting market requirements and identifying potential.

Qualifications:

  • Completed studies (Master/Diploma/Doctorate) in electrical engineering, electrical drive technology, supply engineering, business administration with a strong technical understanding, natural sciences, or a comparable degree.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, resilient, curious to learn new things, and promote innovative topics, with a confident and convincing appearance and a pronounced customer orientation.
  • Business fluent, with excellent communication skills, particularly in the intercultural environment of international teams, and willing to occasionally travel nationally and internationally.
  • Independent, structured, goal-oriented, responsible, and a team player.
  • Many years of sales experience in the field of UPS systems/switched-mode power supplies, energy storage, power generation plants, energy management, particularly in the field of energy suppliers, data centres, or critical power.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
