BOSS Energy are partnered with an industry leading Fuel Cell business that are looking for a Senior Vice President of Business Development to assist with the development and globalisation of their expanding business.
What you’ll do:
- Identify, evaluate, follow-up and develop strategic relationships with Tier1s and OEMs in the Heavy Duty Automotive, Defense or Aviation industries.
- Initiate and develop strategic relationships leading to Joint Development Agreements or Joint Ventures.
- Maintain relationships in existing Joint Development Agreements and ensure continuation and migration to next level of engagement.
- Respond to RFPs, Review MSAs, and other contractual agreements, and work with Project Management and Sales Support teams to write proposals and SOWs.
- Establish and achieve sales goals, metrics, and milestones. Track and report on progress and success.
- Capture prospect and market needs and trends and consult with executive leadership and internal teams for solution development.
- Participate in key marketing events, identify, and cultivate new potential relationships
Who you are:
- Strong Expertise, and relationships in the Heavy Duty Automotive, Defense or Aviation industries.
- Prior work experience with a public technology company or a fast-growth company is preferred.
- Prior work experience with a fuel cell or hydrogen technology company is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and to follow through, meet deadlines and take full responsibility for structuring and prioritizing your time.
- Sound judgment with the knowledge to resolve complicated matters while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
- Team player.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to facilitate collaborative solutions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy a challenge, are self-motivated, go the extra mile, and are willing to learn, pitch in and play a significant role.
- Ability to operate effectively within an international company with cross-Atlantic teams.
