Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Team Leader for our growth project in stationary fuel cells. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities and managing our key account managers. Your primary focus will be on the German market initially, followed by other European markets. Your goal will be to develop a powerful sales organization in the European focus markets and manage overarching and national go-to-market strategies. You will also be responsible for acquiring, supporting, and coordinating activities with our other locations in Europe. Together with our sales team, you will develop resilient sales pipelines and ensure that we achieve our divisional and growth targets.

Requirements:

  • A Master’s, Diploma, or Doctorate degree in electrical engineering, electrical drive technology, supply engineering, business administration with strong technical understanding, natural sciences, or equivalent
  • Analytical, action-oriented, and a team player
  • Strong implementation mentality and work ethic
  • Extensive sales experience with initial management experience and in setting up a sales organization
  • Several years of experience in the energy sector, ideally with decentralized energy supply systems, UPS systems, energy storage, power generation plants, microgrid, or energy
