As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Programme Manager to join our team and drive the successful execution of our technical projects.

Job Overview :

The Technical Programme Manager will play a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects related to fuel cell development. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, researchers, and product managers, to ensure project milestones are met, technical requirements are fulfilled, and the overall success of the projects is achieved. This is a dynamic and hands-on position, requiring strong technical acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Define project scope, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with business strategies and technical requirements.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams, researchers, and product managers to define technical project requirements and deliverables.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.
  • Coordinate resource allocation, task assignments, and priorities across multiple projects.

Technical Expertise:

  • Possess a deep understanding of fuel cell technology and related engineering principles.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, assisting with problem-solving and decision-making processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, advancements, and best practices in fuel cell technology.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
  • Manage expectations and ensure effective communication channels are established and maintained.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet technical specifications and standards.
  • Conduct thorough project evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Your Profile :

  • College, university, or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines is required.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Able to read and understand a P&ID.
  • EPC background, preferably in Hydrogen, Oxygen service, Oil & Gas, Offshore equipment.
  • Able to steer a global team of designers / drafter located in India, Canada, Belgium and other locations.
  • Experience with structural design of static industrial installations and skid-based machinery.
  • Familiarity with mechanical design of high voltage / high current electrical systems is a bonus.
  • Experience with PTC Creo CAD platform is a bonus.
